SSN, DOB, and Gender required for Employee’s contacts in Benefits

Summary:

Situation:

> Benefits Teams in US wants to make SSN, DOB, and Gender required for Employee’s contacts who are dependents covered under Benefits.

> In the past, we have setup DOB and Gender to be required thru a personalization. However, this impacts ALL contacts (including Emergency Contacts).


We need guidance on how to be able to do this … 1) specific for a country or 2 countries; 2) where it only impacts those who covered under benefits and not all contacts of the employee (including those who are not covered under benefits).


Can this be done PRE-REDWOOD functionality? Can this be done in REDWOOD? Is this simply an Enhancement Request?
