In this article, I will address the 24A Fusion Service Center Extensibility Feature, focusing on how UI Events Framework supports in the new Service Contact Page.

Problem Statement

With the introduction of the Service Contact Page in Service Center, there is a need for the support of the UI Events Framework. This will ensure seamless integration and interaction within the newly introduced page, enhancing user experience and operational efficiency.

The UI Events Framework is here to help you! It allows customers and system implementers to create awesome integrated solutions with the Fusion Service application stack. What's more, we've also made sure that the UI Events Framework is fully supported on the Service Contact page with the latest release.
