Dealing with the Common JSON Error in Help Desk Layouts

Hi there,

In the process of working with Help Desk layouts, you may encounter a common issue when duplicating an existing layout - an unexpected JSON error. This issue often goes unnoticed by some implementors. However, if you discover this issue during the design time (in VB Studio), there's no need for concern.

Despite this error, the layout extension should function as designed. Importantly, this issue only occurs during the design time and will not impact your runtime application.
