Freeze goal plan

Hi team,

we have enabled the redwood interface. We would like to know about the existence of a functionality/way to freeze the goal plan during the goal setting phase in order to avoid the possibility of the manager to modify the plan.

Please let me know if you have ever worked on similar task,
