‘Missing employee number’ errors while uploading centrally-billed Mastercard CDF3

Our bank has supplied us with a sample MasterCard CDF3 data for a centrally-billed card program (also known as Travel Accounts).

The bank is putting the ‘Employee ID’ field of a centrally-billed card’s transactions in the datafile’s <CustomFinancialData> section under <Label>ClientInfo1</Label> tag, instead of using the standard <EmployeeId> tag.

Our Oracle Cloud Fusion Expenses is unable to recognise the employee IDs in this 'custom financial data' field, and resulted in ‘missing employee number’ errors from this upload.

I understand that Cloud Fusion Expenses requires subversion 1801 of MasterCard CDF 3.0 (Doc ID 2656671.1), which requires the ‘EmployeeId’ field to be present in a specific location: in <EmployeeId> tag under the <AccountInformation_4300> section.
