Allocate checklist HDL load is successful, but the Journeys UI is not displaying for initiators.

Hi,

Allocate checklist HDL is successful but it is not showing in UI for initiators, but it is displaying for performers (AOR's) in this scenario. When we ran a query, we can see it got allocated and also when we try to add the same task manually it is throwing me an error. See below.
