Disable start and end times for a payroll time type in OTL Time Card

Hi All,

I have seen in one of the customer instances, the Start and Stop time used to become disabled when we select a specific payroll time type like ' Meal Allowance'. Only Quantity field was enabled. I am trying to replicate the same config now, but not able to get how exactly to do it.

Steps:

My Client groups -> Show more -> Team Time Cards -> Add a new time card -> Initially all three fields - Start time, Stop time and Quantity will be visible -> As soon as Admin selects 'Meal Allowance' from payroll time type dropdown, the Start time and Stop time fields will get disabled/greyed out - only Quantity field will be enabled to input Unit quantities. Same behavior for ESS login as well.
