Employee unable to view assigned Journeys
User has been manually assigned two Journeys, however, user not able to see any Journeys within Me > Journeys > My Journeys tab
User also not able to see any Journeys within Me > Journeys > Explore tab
User holds an employee role which contains the following Journey related roles. Is there anything missing here possibly?
I have checked My Client Groups > Allocate Checklists > search for employee - and results indicate that Journeys have been assigned, as per screenshot:
Aware of following post that suggests checking security of role, and can confirm that our settings for security criteria look to be populated correctly, so I don't think this is an issue:
