Can I use the following seeded fields?

Hi,

I will be persisting external system service request ID, and service request number (both are different values), in Oracle CX Service Request form. Can I use the "Original System" and "Unique External System Reference Number" to serve this purpose? Or are they earmarked for some future update? I want to use seeded fields so that information is easier to derive by querying
