How to route requisition based on available Project Budget

Summary:

We have a requirement to route project based requisition or purchase order based on the particular project's available fund.

But when configuring approvals in Oracle Fusion Cloud be it for requisition or purchase order, we don't find any attribute in condition that says or calls project budget.

Please let us know a way how this can be achieved.
