Custom Redwood/NGS Pages don't recognize the "Open in New tab" built-in function.

All our Custom Redwood/NGS Pages (e.g. fscmUI/redwood/custom-objects/quotes) links from those pages can only be opened from the same tab when trying to use the "Open in new tab" button or by using ctrl+click {record url},

Opening the links from fscmUI/redwood/custom-objects/quotes/landing
to /fscmUI/redwood/custom-objects/quotes/quotes-overview (opening in the same tab)

however, open in new tab is working in standard redwood pages
e.g. fscmUI/redwood/digital-sales/es/p/mycustomers

is there a limitation with the Custom-objects pages in terms of built-in Browser functionalities?
