OFSC ODA Integration - Extend to allow checking against booking/quota availability

Summary:

Current integration between OFSC and ODA does not take into consideration booking/quota availability. When the customer enters a date it is always available even though booking/quota does not have availability.

Has anyone extended the "OFS Assistant: Where’s My Technician (WMT)" skill from the skill store to consider quota/booking availability. This would allow for accurate responses to customer regarding booking.
