Need Advise on New Performance Document Design
Hi Experts,
We already have annual performance process defined and its working good. However, business wants to change the process from 2024. They want performance review process to include:
- Four (4) Quarterly Check-ins with two (2) sections and one (1) rating scale.
- One (1) Final Performance Review with (2) sections and one (1) rating scale.
- Dotted line supervisor assignment of Performance Reviews. Data conversion of dotted line supervisors will be the responsibility of the Client.
I have reviewed above document on "Set Up the Annual and Quarterly Performance Template". Wanted to check, if anyone has implemented similar review cycle. Any suggestions would be appreciated
The Rating scale and sections would remain the same across quarterly check-ins and Final Performance Review
