When Absences are integrated with Timecards, how do you manage retrospective Absence entries?
Summary:
Current - Client is using Time and Labor and Absence Management. Time and Labor is only being used to enter exceptions like overtime and allowances, for a small (although growing) group of people. Regular/Normal time does not appear in Time Cards as everyone is auto paid and only the exceptions are sent to payroll.
Future - Requirement is to capture worked hours for everyone in Time and Labor. As many people still will not have any exceptions to enter, the plan is to generate time cards with regular hours (from work schedule), and absences for the period, already populated.
