send response from multiple mailboxes

We're encountering an issue with outgoing correspondence in OSvC. Currently, we have two inboxes connected to the Service Cloud, both operating via SMTP. All emails sent to mailbox1@company.com are forwarded to mailbox1@custhelp.com, which creates an incident. The same process applies to mailbox2.
The problem arises when we manually create an incident in OSvC and need to send messages from it. In this case, all messages sent by the agent appear to be sent from mailbox1 (the default one).
I attempted to resolve this by adding a workspace rule that changes the mailbox to mailbox2
