Fusion Competencies to Redwood Competencies

There are several item details in Fusion creation competencies. We want to be able to label the competencies with category labels for (KSA - Knowledge/Skill or Ability). There are less fields in Redwood than Fusion. Are those missing indefinitely or will they be updated in a patch? See attached image.
