Manage Work Orders and Charges Debrief List Access Control

Summary:

The Debrief Charges are submitted by Field Technicians who are working for different Business Units.

How can the Field Administrator access in Manage Work Order Charges and Estimates screen be restricted to view only the Debrief charges submitted for the Business Unit against which the Service Request was raised?

There are cases where the Service Request is booked for a particular BU, and the Field Technician used for the Work Order is from a different BU/Inventory Org, how can this be handled?
