Line Manager not able assign multiple anytime documents

Hi,

Even after granting the "Create Anytime Performance Document" privilege, I'm still unable to assign multiple anytime documents to an employee as a line manager. The option to "Add Anytime Performance Document" isn't appearing when I click the three dots. I've also tried checking through quick actions, but I'm still unable to assign anytime documents. Is there an alternative method or any other privilege we can add for a line manager role to assign anytime performance documents or to enable the Add Anytime Document button?
Please note that we are using redwood UI
