Career centre alignment of fields

Summary:

Is there a way to change the alignment of the fields in our Career centre. When we add Personal information to include gender, DOB, etc..in the career centre they are all aligned in 1 column straight. Is there a way to make them side by side so candidate can fill in the fields side by side? thanks
