How can we add two fields in overall summary section for promotion recommendation?
Summary:
As a Line Manager and participant, I want to enter a Promotion Recommendation as a list of values with "Yes" or "No" and provide additional feedback in a comment field during manager evaluation.

We have a requirement to provide a mandatory field during the manager evaluation process where Line Managers and matrix manager (participant) can select a promotion recommendation from a list of values ("Yes" or "No"). Additionally, there should be a comment field for any further feedback. Is there a way to insert these two additional fields in overall summary section?
