Missing fields in Tasks, Target Outcomes and Measurement sections in Goals Center

Summary:

Transitioning to Redwood, I've observed that some fields are missing under Tasks, Target Outcomes and Measurement sections in the Goals Center. Attached below is for the Measurements section.

I've ensured that those fields are marked as Visible within Business Rules in VBS. However, unable to see it in frontend.
