Single Template for All Canada Provinces

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Has anyone implemented a single template to handle tax recovery for multiple Canadian provinces based on employee location? Could you please share your setup on how you accomplished this or just a general breakdown of how you went about it.
A feature was release in update 22C, link here, that could calculate tax recoverability based on several determining factors and one of them was Employee Location.
We would like like to opt for this approach as we'll be enabling corporate card mapping for Canada soon and this is not doable with multiple templates assigned to the same business unit; corporate transactions will only route to the default template for a business unit.
