Is Oracle allowing to send Dunning letters to Internal customers as well?

Client wants to send Dunning Letters to Internal customers, is this feasible in Oracle Fusion? Earlier we tried but it stopped sending Dunning for external customers as well & started working fine once we removed setups for Internal customer.
