How to create additional tiles in performance document? Redwood

In the new Redwood Performance document pages, there are new tiles that can take a user directly to the Goals Center or Participant Feedback (if using this). We would prefer to use a tile to Request Feedback instead, but cannot seem to locate information regarding these tiles or how to create different ones.

Is there a way to create additional tiles for use within the performance documents?
