Regarding completed performance documents, why are Employee Rating and Manager Rating displayed as 'No data to display'?

On the Redwood UX Performance landing page, regarding the completed performance documents, the Employee Rating and Manager Rating are displayed as 'No data to display'. When we open the performance document, both these ratings are displayed in the Overall Summary section. Why are these ratings not getting displayed in the overview on the landing page?
