Digital assistant is showing all notification for the question What's still waiting to get approved?
Summary:
Hi all,
The digital assistant provides employees with details of all completed, withdrawn, and pending approval requests [FYIs] when employees ask questions like "What's still waiting for approval?". For the conversation to be successful, the user must be able to see the approvals which are in pending status only. We have executed the "Synchronize Notifications in Global Header" process, but the output remains the same.
We would appreciate it if anyone could provide us with the information regarding the cause and the solution to this concern.
