All in One Evaluation - rating/description definitions showing incorrectly

We have just been upgraded to 24B and during the testing of the All in One Evaluation we’ve noticed that rating/description definitions in the Review Goals and the Overall Performance Rating tabs behave differently than in the Living our values (competencies) tab.

In the Review Goals tab, the rating/description definitions present short and long descriptions (in our case they are the same), but they are not matched with the corresponding ratings. Thus the user does not know what each rating means (i.e. what is the difference between “goal exceeded” and “goal significantly exceeded”).
