Notifications for uploaded transactions after employee termination not received
Summary:
When an employee is terminated a notification is sent to the role FIS EXP Corporate Card Administrator Global to accept and submit existing card transactions that are left unprocessed by the employee.
Even when the transaction is processed within the set grace days set in Oracle for terminated employees
Issue:
However, if an employee leaves, the employee profile is terminated and then if a new transaction loads for the terminated employee a notification is not generated.
Expectation:
The same type of notification should be generated when a CC transaction is loaded to Oracle after employee termination. According to documentation with grace periods, process terminated employee expenses etc in setup and maintenance, no notifications occurring shouldn't be happening
