Read Document Record Attributes values from an Attachment and create records

Summary: In Oracle Sales Cloud is there any option to read .Xlsx file data and create records in custom Object.

We have a custom object and we have exposed Attachment option on the details page. User will attach an excel file with data and user will click on Import Records button.

When user click on the button, it should read the attached file and create the records in child object.

I have actually seen a functionality in HCM. But in Oracle sales cloud we don't have this.
