Preferred Resources

Summary:

We're attempting to create activities that utilize the Resource/Provider Preferences with a "Forbidden" preference type. Ultimately, we need to be able to create activities via REST API with forbidden resources, but we've been testing using Postman. We're not having any luck, though. We've looked through all documentation and questions posed by other customers that we can find, but we haven't been able to get the forbidden value populated on the inbound.

Below is what we've added to the activity payload shown (in addition to all the other required activity data). Both create the activity but do not add the forbidden ID. What do we need to change to make this work?
