Journey not appearing under Me > My Journeys
Hello,
We came across this issue fairly recently where when we try and allocate a checklist to a worker through the 'Allocate Checklists', for some reason it doesn't appear right away in the Journey landing page when we try and access it using our employee test account.
We are sure that it does get allocated and see it as an allocated checklists, the tasks also appear as well as all the notiifcations about the tasks but it will take a whole day or sometimes even more for the checklist to appear under Me > Journeys > My Journeys page.
Is there a scheduled process that we need to run for this? Or is this an environment issue?
