Populate Requested Delivery Date based on another field on Requisition creation page

Looking for a solution for this requirnment:
Currently the Requested Delivery Date is defaulting as SYSDATE + 5 (based on setup)

If the requisition is selected as Urgent=Yes, then Requested Delivery Date should be SYSDATE +2
