What are the best settings for a video in a journey task?

Summary:

We want to embed a video (100MB) in an onboarding task. This video exists in the formats MP4 (windows world) and M4V for the Apple world. The video should run on

Android

Apple

Windows

How can I make sure that is works on all platforms?

Should I choose as Video Type:

Media URL or

Embedded URL with/without an Iframe?

Any proposals to make sure that the videos are running in a journey on all platforms would be great.
