Need suggestion on using Matrix Manager for evaluating Performance Documents
Hi Experts,
I need your advise on using Matrix Manager for evaluating Performance Documents. We have created this new role and I'm able to use this role to evaluate Perf docs. But need help on the following:
We have ~6500 employees in the organization. We plan to use Matrix Manager evaluation option for both Annual Perf Docs and New Hire Check-In (30-60-90 days) Doc
For Annual Perf Documents, I can use a HDL to assign Matrix Manager to all eligible employees. I don't see a problem with that.
However, the New Hire Check-In (30-60-90 days) Doc gets assigned to employees on the same day they get converted from Pending Worker to Employee. Is there a way to add Matrix Manager automatically to all New Hire employees? The way Manager gets assigned during conversion?
