Checkbook/Program tab doesn't show accurate accrual details for Customer Programs
Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):
- We have imported several Customer Invoices but we don't see any record in the Checkbook tab even after selecting the BU.
- Please suggest, how do we see the data in the Checkbook tab
- We see the accrual details against the "Programs" under Program tab but columns like - "In Progress" and "Paid" are not getting updated even after processing the Payments against the Credit Note which in turn was generated against the claim.
- Please suggest, when we see the data in the columns like Earned, In Progress.
