Competencies are not updating back in the Skills and Qualifications in Redwood once it is completed

Hi Experts,

We have setup the Performance template to default the competencies based on specific contents (as customer does not have job and position model profile). These default competencies are reflecting the documents and once the LM evaluates the competencies and completes the documents, the Competencies and its ratings are not getting updated in the skills and qualifications.

Note: We have the update talent profile under Competencies Section in the "Structure" tabs as "Yes", but still is not reflecting the Skills and qualifications page.

recently I have come across one post where it says that if we default the competencies using specific content section, it would not reflect in the Skills and Qualifications page as per the design. Is that statement valid?
