How can a HR complete a performance document for all the employees in redwood theme?

Summary:

We have enabled the redwood theme for Talent Management Module.

In responsive UI, HR just needs to select the review period and Performance document which needs to be completed. And once submitted, All the documents will move to the complete stage.

In Redwood theme, While completing the performance document it is mandatory to select the Population Type and it's based on 4 criterias. If we select any option out of these 4, then HR needs to run this process multiple times to complete the performance document for all the employees across the organisation.

Please suggest on how can we complete the performance document for all the enployees in one go.
