Old Check-in Notes appearing with html tags

Summary:

We have recently enabled Redwood for Talent management and we noticed that under Performance check-in when we are opening the old check-in documents (which was added in responsive UI) to check the notes, in that we are able to see html tags appearing along with the text.

Please confirm if anyone is facing this same issue.
