One of our Client is Implementing Advanced Collections, and they want to capture couple of details from the legacy system
- Capture Historical Correspondence Details sent to Customers (Statements and Dunning Letters) (time stamp details)
- Capture Historical Notes on Delinquent transactions when the collector had followed up on the due transactions
Is there a standard process the above information can be stored, if there is no standard way, what are the possible workaround or best practices.
