Oracle HCM Implementation Gap analysis

Summary:

Our organization is nearing completion of a two-phase Oracle Cloud HCM implementation encompassing Core HR, Talent, Performance, Succession, FAW, Compensation, Goals, Help Desk, and Learning modules.

To ensure optimal system utilization and security, we're initiating a comprehensive gap analysis to compare our implementation against Oracle's best practices. As a newly formed Oracle HCM team, we aim to verify the effectiveness of our implementation partner's work and identify potential vulnerabilities.

We're particularly focused on streamlining patch management processes given the complexity of Oracle's patch releases. Additionally, we're seeking insights into Redwood features enabled by our partner and exploring strategies to leverage Redwood while securing classic pages.
