Journey is getting allocated to Active and Inactive Assignment Records of the person

Journey is getting allocated to Active and Inactive Assignment Records of the person when assigned to the person active assignment

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

  • If the employee has multiple assignment numbers one being active status and other is terminated status, When the journey is allocated to employee active assignment, I see it is getting allocated to both active and inactive assignment records.

Is it expected behavior?? When trying to delete the journey from inactive assignment, it is getting deleted from both the active and inactive assignment records.

Is there a way to restrict journey getting assigned to inactive assignment records??
