Summary:Hi Team,

Below Requirement from business

In the Current scenarios Survey Link expires in 12 min in my OFS Application. Can you please let us know how Survey Link should expiry after 24 hrs and if still not filled then email should be re-triggered twice.
If customer does not complete the survey it should re-trigger.

Can you please help me on this and its configuration,mapping details.
