Access of Visual builder studio issue during RSSP personalization

Summary:

Getting this error "To use Visual Builder Studio, you have to be a member of a VB Studio organization. We can't find you in the organization you're trying to access, so please ask your administrator"

I have reviewed the Administering Visual Builder Chapter 4 and section How do I assign the roles? section too. out of the 7 seeded role mentioned in the manual, I already have the role. I waited more than 30 min too and still getting the above error. so it may be the IDCS system is not getting synchronized. Do we need to manually assign the user to IDCS? We will prefer the synchronization should happen automatically, what we need to do to establish this synchronization? Appreciate any help.
