Collections Dashboard

Summary:

• The "Delinguent" box in Collection has a total of 653, but when we go to "Manage Resources" the total is 757.

How to make sure that these totals are the same?

• We can see that in the Dashboard there is both customers and customer sites - how can make sure that the Dashboard overview only show customers?

• What will it take to update the Dashboard - is it a schedule process?
