How can employee assign journey to himself

Hi Team,

We need to configure in such a way, where employees with the basic employee role can assign journeys to themselves. However, these employees currently lack access to the Explore tab, which is necessary for this action.

Even if we add the required privileges for the Explore tab, we need to ensure that employees can only search for a limited set of checklist and can only assign checklist to themselves. How can we achieve this setup?
