Is there a way to add leaders above the Line Manager as Journey task recipients?
We are looking to generate a Journey for our Directors which will include tasks for a questionnaire, application tasks (Request a Position Change, Salary Change and Create a Position) and letter generation/e-signature however the approval for the application tasks (e.g. Position attribute changes) will require more then just the Directors one-over-one (Line Manager) approval. Example: Director reports to VP who reports to Sr. VP.
We can create and assign Journey Tasks to the VP however the Sr. VP who is 2 levels up cannot see the Journey details outside of the Position workflow request they are signing off on.
