I want to assign journey to employee's based on their anniversary date and send one reminder if the journey is NOT completed after 14 days of allocation, can anyone help me with the steps of Nudge Schedule configuration

I want to assign journey to employee's based on their anniversary date and send one reminder if the journey is NOT completed after 14 days of allocation, can anyone help me with the steps of Nudge Schedule configuration. Also can we put custom email body for the notifications ? Also Do we need to run "process HCM Nudges" every day whenever we want to send notifications for reminders ?
