Unable to find any Performance Document in LOV

Summary

We've just taken 24C and since then no performance documents are showing within the Performance Document LOV in All-in-One Evaluations (searching using seeded roles). There are several employees with 2 performance documents attached so I know they should be available in the drop down. Also the LOV is not populating in the 'Mass Action Processes for Performance Documents'

I've ran the ingestion process post patch

Any suggestions on why this has stopped working and how to resolve it?
