Performance spotlight : how to arrive directly on Performance tabs ? Not on Check-Ins

As an employee, when you go to Me > Career and Performance > Performance, you arrive directly on the tab "Check-ins" instead of "Performance"

We both Check-Ins and Performance, but we need that employees arrive directly on the performance Tab. Someone know how to manage it ?
