How to capture the activity ID to modify the WFM activity based on the customer response.
Summary:Hi Team,
We have the business requirement as below mentioned..
Send email/SMS/whatsapp/MVA notification and customer should be able to edit their installation schedule. Customer should not be able to reschedule appointment not more than x days from the order creation date.
Ability to send installation appointment rescheduling link to customer. Appointment scheduling link will be unique per customer order.
Can you please help and guide me on this.
